Job summary

Stingray in Montreal is seeking a Business Systems Developer to join the digital transformation team. You will analyze, design, and develop business systems (ERP, CRM, and web apps) and collaborate with sales, finance, operations, and apps teams to deliver practical solutions.

You will integrate NetSuite, Salesforce, and AWS, contribute to agent platform evolution with AI, and ensure reliable performance with tests and documentation.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Understanding of financial and accounting processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with AI assistance tools such as Cursor, Codex or Claude Code.
• Experience in developing agents.
• Knowledge of relational databases (Postgres or similar).
• Experience with Netsuite or another ERP system.
• Programming experience (Python, Typescript).
• Resourceful, autonomous, and quick learner.
• Detail-oriented, meticulous, and accountable for actions.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in the analysis, design, and development of business systems such as ERP, CRM, and web applications.
• Translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Design and implement solution integrations (NetSuite, Salesforce, AWS).
• Contribute to the evolution of the agent platform with AI innovations.
• Integrate AI tools into development workflow to automate tasks.
• Monitor system performance and perform maintenance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Prepare and perform unit tests.
