Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a Per Diem position in a SNF/Long-Term Care setting in Ontario. The role requires a licensed OT and offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and strong professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Obtain and update all required physician orders.
