Job summary

CBI Home Health in Hamilton and Burlington is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver home-based OT services, assess clients, and implement interventions to promote independence. You will evaluate needs, recommend equipment, and modify homes as needed.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, travel within the community, and advocate for client-centered care. A valid Ontario OT license and driving privileges are required; flexible scheduling and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• OT licensed in Ontario in good standing.
• Ability to travel within the community and drive.
• Experience delivering home-based OT services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT interventions including ADL/IADL strategies, equipment recommendations, and home modifications.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to coordinate services.

Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $81.92 – $82.31 per visit
