This role offers flexibility, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to work as part of an interdisciplinary team to support patients' goals. Ideal candidates will have a diploma as an OTA/PTA, strong communication skills, and a commitment to holistic care.
Are you an Occupational Therapist Assistant and Physiotherapist Assistant (OTA/PTA) who wants to make a real difference? You’ll be part of a close, supportive team delivering person-centered care in the neighborhoods where our patients live. We focus on caring for the whole person, not just their health. With our neighborhood care model, you’ll spend less time traveling and more time really getting to know your patients and their families. You’ll enjoy flexibility and independence in your daily work, while still being an important part of a team that’s making a real difference. This is an exciting chance to be part of a new and innovative care model with competitive wages and the reward of knowing the care you give truly changes lives.
As an OTA/PTA at CBI Home Health, you will be part of an interdisciplinary team that uses an integrated and collaborative approach to service delivery. CBI Home Health has demonstrated that in-home care can be diverse and individualized with evidence of improved outcomes and satisfaction for personnel, patients and families. The organization has strengthened the traditional in-home service delivery model by focusing on a holistic approach to care. You will work together with the team to effectively meet the patient’s goals.
This role requires a driver’s license and a reliable vehicle to travel to clients’ homes.
