Job summary

Scarborough Health Network (SHN) invites applications for an Occupational Therapist / Physiotherapist Assistant. This temporary, part-time role supports the rehabilitation team under supervision across SHN sites in Canada.

Graduate of an accredited program with CPR certification is required. The successful candidate will contribute to patient education, teamwork and high-quality care in a diverse community.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physiotherapist/Occupational Therapist Assistant program or equivalent.
• Valid CPR training.
• Able to function as part of an interdisciplinary team and handle responsibilities with accountability.

Responsibilities

• Carry out prescribed Physiotherapy & Occupational Therapy duties under supervision.
• Collaborate with physiotherapists and occupational therapists to support patient care.
• Demonstrate professionalism, reliability and strong patient teaching when needed.
