Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an Operations and Maintenance Integration Specialist to support asset management, readiness, and lifecycle management for Calgary’s LRT project. You will interface with Calgary Transit, delivery teams, contractors and maintainers to ensure successful design, construction, testing, commissioning and handover phases.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in railway, transit, infrastructure, operations, maintenance, systems integration, testing & commissioning, operational readiness, asset management and CMMS/EAM implementation, and major capital project delivery.
• Experience reviewing and delivering engineering designs, technical specifications and requirements registers, O&M manuals and procedures, and asset registers.

Responsibilities

• Support development of O&M readiness, asset management, maintenance transition, and operational integration strategies.
• Lead development and implementation of asset management processes, including asset registers and maintenance planning frameworks.
• Provide technical review of engineering designs, specifications, O&M manuals, operating procedures, maintenance concepts and training materials.
• Coordinate interfaces between Operations, Maintenance, Systems Engineering, Testing & Commissioning, Construction Management and future maintainers.
• Support readiness reviews, field assessments, occupancy transfers, asset acceptance processes, training initiatives, workforce readiness planning, and maintenance mobilization activities.
