Job summary

AtkinsRéalis Group in Calgary seeks a Project Coordinator to provide strategic and operational support to the Project Director and PM team on the Green Line LRT program. You will coordinate priorities, schedules and commitments, and help manage governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement across municipal, industry and community partners.

The role requires senior coordination skills, municipal experience, and the ability to liaise with government, consultants and leadership to ensure timely

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related discipline.
• CAPM or PMP is an asset.
• Minimum 10 years of experience supporting complex projects or executive teams.
• Experience in municipal government/public-sector environments is preferred.
• Experience preparing executive-level reports, briefings and governance materials.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project priorities, schedules and commitments for the Project Director and PM team.
• Organize meetings, workshops, governance sessions and stakeholder briefings.
• Track milestones, risks, and issues to support timely delivery and reporting.
• Prepare status reports, presentations and briefing materials for leadership and governance bodies.
• Foster collaboration among city stakeholders, contractors, consultants and partners.
