Qualifications

• Nurse degree and active registration with the provincial regulatory body.
• At least five years as a Nursing Supervisor or similar leadership role.
• Bilingual English and French; strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, supervision, and performance management for clinical and support staff.
• Oversee branch operations, scheduling, and service delivery to ensure quality care.
• Lead HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, reviews, discipline, development.
• Drive quality management, standards compliance, and regulatory liaison.
• Support health and safety initiatives and accident reporting for direct reports.
• Coordinate training, competency development, and continuing education.
• Assist with business development and community engagement to promote growth.
