Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing; Masters in Nursing preferred.
• Must maintain registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario with no practice restrictions.
• Minimum of 5 years' recent direct patient care experience across clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Reinforce practice skills and provide feedback in Lab/Simulation.
• Support learners by applying theory to practical skills using rubrics.
• Prepare the lab environment by setting up materials and updating resources.
• Assess student performance using predefined checklists and rubrics.
