Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree, an active RN license with NSNMR in good standing, and two years of recent clinical experience.
• Instructors working in the lab are required to participate in SIM training sessions or workshops.
• Access to a computer with working internet to run Microsoft Teams for online meetings and instruction.

Responsibilities

• Teach and supervise a group of BScN students who provide direct client care in clinical settings, lab or tutorial groups.
• Conduct lab demonstrations, mark and proctor term tests and final examinations, and evaluate assignments.
• Work under the supervision of the course instructor and adhere to CUPE 3912 – Dalhousie University guidelines.
