Job summary

Sage Medical Center, a Canadian community pharmacy focused on seniors care, seeks a Nurse Supervisor to lead a multidisciplinary team. You will oversee staffing, performance reviews, and adherence to clinical standards for safe patient care.

Reporting to the Director of Business Operations and Growth, you will design monthly shifts, audit licenses, and collaborate with clinicians to maintain high-quality service. Eligible candidates must hold BC RN licensure and BLS/CPR-C certification.

Qualifications

• Current nursing licensure in good standing with BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
• Deep familiarity with BCCNM Professional Standards for Nursing Practice and mNPR guidelines.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR-C certification is required.
