The Registered Nurse (RN Supervisor) - Casual plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality nursing care while providing leadership and guidance to nursing staff within a healthcare setting in Canada. Minimum Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable Canadian province or territory.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent nursing education.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in an acute care or similar healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in a nursing role.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
