Position Summary

Under the supervision of the Technical Platform Manager - Centre for Innovative Medicine (CIM), responsible for administering treatments, overseeing CIM Infusion nurses, and ensuring holistic patient care within research protocols.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train new personnel, participate in research projects
• Assign patients to Infusion Nurses, maintain nurse/patient ratios
• Generate performance metrics for CIM activities
• Support scheduling based on capacity and staff availability
• Assist in complex patient care, administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and blood products
• Evaluate patient health, determine treatment continuation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, ensure proper documentation
• Review protocol training, perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, registered with OIIQ
• Minimum 2 years experience in medical/surgical, ICU, or Emergency
• Experience in Oncology and clinical research preferred
• Knowledge of GCP and Health Canada regulations an asset
• Bilingual in French and English
• Strong communication skills, self-directed, organized

Additional Details

Status: Full-time, Salary: $62,390 - $115,825, Work hours: 35/week, Location: MUHC Glen Site, Montreal.
