Job summary

Thames Valley Family Health Team is expanding and seeks a Nurse Practitioner (MRP) to be the primary care provider for an assigned patient panel in London, Ontario. The NP will work within a collaborative primary care team, focusing on health promotion, education, and disease prevention across the lifespan.

The role requires current CNO NP registration, full-scope practice, and flexibility for after-hours care and site-to-site travel.

Qualifications

• Current registration as NP in Ontario and ability to practice to full scope.
• Experience in primary care and community settings recommended.
• Availability for extended hours and after-hours follow-up.
