Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join a women's health clinic in Toronto, ON. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience managing their own roster of patients and will be responsible for managing their own caseload of patients at our clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive healthcare services to women, including preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses.
• Manage and maintain a personal roster of patients, ensuring high-quality care and patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with an integrative team of allied health professionals to provide holistic care.
• Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor patient progress.
• Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Stay current with advancements in women's health and integrate new knowledge into practice.

Qualifications:

• Must be licensed to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in Ontario.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience managing a personal roster of patients.
