The County of Lennox & Addington seeks a Nurse Practitioner to join The John M. Parrott Centre in Greater Napanee, ON.
You will provide advanced clinical care to residents, collaborate with the Medical Director, and contribute to care planning and quality initiatives. The John M. Parrott Centre is a fully accredited state-of-the-art, 168 bed long-term care home located in the Town of Greater Napanee. We offer free parking, a safe work environment, and advanced technology to support our staff. JMPC is currently in the process of becoming a RNAO Best Practice Spotlight Organization, with opportunities for a Nurse Practitioner to lead implementation of Best Practice Guidelines.
The ONA Collective Agreement expired in March 2025. The rate of pay is subject to change.
Eligible new permanent full-time Nurse Practitioners may receive up to $25,000 through The John M. Parrott Centre’s Nurse Practitioner Recruitment and Retention Incentive Program, payable over a two-year employment commitment.
