About the Role :

We are currently hiring a Nurse Practitioner for a full-time permanent role at a group of NP-led clinics across Edmonton, Alberta.

This is an in-office, weekday role (Monday–Friday) with a supportive, collaborative team environment.

Key Details :
  • Salary :
    • Fresh Graduates: $70 / hour
    • Experienced NPs: Up to $90 / hour
  • Schedule : Full-time (40 hours / week – flexible shifts)
  • Open to part-time (minimum 0.5 FTE – 1040 hours / year)
  • Start Date : Immediate openings available
  • Relocation : Candidates from outside Alberta must be open to relocating to Edmonton permanently
What You’ll Do :
  • Manage a patient panel of up to 500 patients, starting with 150 patients on the waitlist
  • Provide primary care services, including health assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and referrals
  • 5–6 patients / day to ensure quality care
  • Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals (1 LPN and 1 clerical staff per 3 NPs)
  • Report directly to the Vice President & Chief Medical Officer
Requirements :
  • Master's in Nursing & valid NP certification (Primary Health Care preferred)
  • Registered and in good standing with College of Nurses of Alberta (CRNA)
  • 0-3 years of experience as NP (Family Health Services experience preferred)
  • CPR / First Aid Certification & Defibrillator use knowledge
  • Strong EMR and tech proficiency
  • Clear criminal background check
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills
  • Able to commute independently to assigned clinic locations
