Groves Memorial Community Hospital is seeking two part-time Registered Nurse - Clinical Resource Lead (CRL) in Medicine. The CRL will supervise daily inpatient operations, assess and plan nursing care, and act as a clinical resource for staff within the Medicine Department.

The role requires RN with baccalaureate degree, 3–5 years med-surg experience including ICU, and current ACLS/NRP/BLS certifications. Prior charge nurse experience is preferred.

Formación

• Registered nurse with baccalaureate degree in good standing with CNO.
• 3–5 years of medical-surgical clinical experience including ICU.
• Experience as charge nurse or lead nurse.
• Current certifications: Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Neonatal Resuscitation Program, cardiac arrhythmias.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of inpatient care areas under the Patient Care Manager.
• Provide, evaluate and coordinate nursing care for assigned unit.
• Serve as clinical resource and role model for staff, covering 24/7 as needed.
