Qualifications

• Must be registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
• Bachelor of Nursing
• Minimum of 3–5 years recent clinical experience
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, problem solving and decision making skills
• Demonstrates knowledge and ability in conflict prevention and resolution
• Demonstrated leadership and organizational abilities in a clinical setting
• Demonstrated computer competency
• RNAO membership (preferred)
• Experience with clinical documentation in an Electronic Health Record (preferred)
• CNA or related certifications (preferred)
• Membership in specialty related professional association (preferred)
