Saskatchewan Health Authority seeks a full-time nurse at Buffalo Narrows Health Centre to assess and manage health for individuals and communities. The role emphasizes autonomy in clinical decisions and collaboration with a wide range of professionals in the community.

The successful candidate will be registered or eligible with CRNS, hold a BScN, and may be eligible for recruitment/retention incentives. Travel to Buffalo Narrows is required.

Job Description: Assesses, plans, implements and evaluation of the health and health risks for clients. Scope of practice requires a broad knowledge base and autonomous decision making skills. PHN provides consultation and support to a wide array of professionals in the community and delivers community health nursing services to individuals, families and groups.
