Qualifications

• Experience in quality management within a nuclear or highly regulated industry.
• In-depth knowledge of CSA N286, CSA N299.1 and ISO 9001 family.
• Experience with ASME nuclear codes and related standards.
• Ability to translate requirements into usable processes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Nuclear Quality Management System development and implementation.
• Coordinate internal and third-party audits and corrective actions.
• Mentor QA/QC teams and drive capability development.
• Support project delivery with QA/QC oversight.
• Engage with clients and regulators to ensure compliance.
• Travel across Ontario to project sites.
