Job summary

Aecon Group Inc. is seeking a Project Manager in Bowmanville, Ontario, to lead the delivery of defined work segments within an IPD framework.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across construction, safety, engineering, procurement, and client stakeholders to meet KPIs for safety, quality, schedule, and cost. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of PM experience (or 10+ years in construction/subcontracting), nuclear industry background, and strong leadership, organizational, and communication

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years Project Management experience in a related role or 10 years construction and subcontractor supervision experience.
Manufacturing and/or Site construction experience.
Nuclear scope background preferred.
Knowledge of INPO practices is an asset.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate project work with Alliance Partner under IPD model to meet execution goals.
Involvement in design review and constructability assessments.
Develop and maintain design-to-construction sequences; update as needed.
Create action/recovery plans for schedule performance issues.
Monitor safety, quality, cost, and schedule metrics for assigned work.
Identify and mitigate risks; manage resource constraints.
Coordinate prerequisites for readiness including meetings with stakeholders.
Lead a cross-functional team across construction, safety, engineering, procurement, and client relations.
