Interior Health Authority in Kamloops, BC, is hiring a Kitchen Crew to join our fast-paced team. This permanent full-time role involves food preparation, cooking, and ensuring kitchen operations run smoothly, with shifts across days, evenings, and weekends.

You will participate in on-the-job training, grow through skill development, and benefit from a competitive wage scale starting at $18.35/hour, with progression as you gain experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare A&W menu items following food safety and quality standards.
• Cook burgers, fries, breakfast items, and other products efficiently.
• Assemble orders accurately, even during busy periods.
• Keep workstations stocked, organized, and running efficiently.
• Restock fridges, freezers, and ingredient stations.
• Monitor food levels and communicate needs to the team.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, counters, prep surfaces, and utensils.
• Assist with dining room, restroom, and exterior cleanliness to maintain a positive guest experience.
• Work closely with Cashiers, Supervisors, and other team members.
