Job summary

One Therapy Network is hiring a Kitchen Crew member in Kamloops, BC. You’ll help prepare popular menu items while keeping the kitchen running smoothly in a fast-paced, team environment.

Qualifications

• Energetic, reliable, and enjoy hands-on work.
• Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Available 15-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Prepare A&W menu items following food safety and quality standards.
• Cook burgers, fries, breakfast items, and other products efficiently.
• Assemble orders accurately, even during busy periods.
• Keep workstations stocked, organized, and running efficiently.
• Restock fridges, freezers, and ingredient stations.
• Monitor food levels and communicate needs to the team.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, counters, prep surfaces, and utensils.
• Assist with dining room, restroom, and exterior cleanliness to maintain a positive guest experience.
• Work closely with Cashiers, Supervisors, and other team members during rush periods.

• New Hire: $18.50/hour
• Fully Trained: $18.75/hour
• Advanced: $19/hour
• Cross-Trained: $19.25/hour
• Shift Leader: $19.50/hour
