Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of procurement, planning, and sourcing in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical, business acumen and negotiating skills with cross-function peers.
• Proven ability to work independently, prioritize, and multi-task in a fast-paced setting.
• Well-organized with excellent written and oral communication skills and keen attention to detail.
• Experience with MS Office, MS Project and Excel.
• Experience in a continuous improvement environment.
• Flexible and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Energetic and collaborative with a positive attitude.
• Able to work in an office.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional meetings, such as weekly NPI meetings, to track progress and deliverables.
• Facilitate information flow with project management, engineering and supply chain; identify supply chain risks and remove roadblocks.
• Manage tactical purchasing activities to acquire material cost-effectively for development, prototype and early production.
• Manage vendor material escalations and input to SQE and supply chain on new supplier requirements.
• Report on KPIs and maintain data accuracy in SOWs, ECOs and ERP systems.
• Coordinate RFQs, review quotations, and trigger additional quotations as needed across development stages.
• Develop and maintain an accurate NPI build plan (Proto and Pilot) and communicate potential risks.
• Communicate MPE Deliverable progress and address risks with the team.
• Contribute to MPE Manufacturing Plan with supply chain information.
• Coordinate PCBAs and product-level builds at contract manufacturers and on shop floor with clear to build status.
• Maintain product forecast and ensure material purchases for planned builds with EMS and other sites.
• Organize transfer of project from NPI to Sustaining (Production release) and ensure system releases for Production Gate.
• Continuously improve related processes and practices.
