Job summary

Pomeroy Lodging is hiring a Nordic Spa Concierge for the Kananaskis Mountain Lodge grounds. You’ll welcome guests, assist with reservations, and support a seamless spa experience in a fast-paced environment focused on service excellence.

Ideal candidates have spa, hospitality, or retail experience, strong verbal communication, and comfort with technology and POS systems. On-site accommodation or commuter options are available, with benefits after probation.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication and a welcoming presence with guests.
Previous Spa, Hospitality, Guest Service or Retail experience.
Comfortable with technology and POS systems.
Attention to detail and ability to balance daily sales and reservations.

Responsibilities

Maximize revenues and guest satisfaction by monitoring inquiries, wait lists, emails and calls.
Clean, restock and tidy reception, retail and relaxation spaces.
Assist in reservations, check-ins and ensure a peaceful spa experience.
Contribute to a collaborative workplace and uphold service excellence.
