Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from an Accredited School of Nursing with a BSN.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in a long-term care setting.
• Knowledge and experience with PCC or similar EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise resident care and nursing staff.
• Oversee IV administration and medication provision.
• Supervise LVN/LPNs, Treatment Nurses, and CNAs.
• Respond to call signals and monitor changes in condition.
• Participate in staff orientation and ongoing training.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and timely communication with physicians.
