Fox Group Canada is also expanding its business portfolio, with the Store Director role pivotal in leading Nike Retail Stores' future within the company.

What You'll Do

1. Assist the Store Manager (Head Coach) by managing store functions such as sales, merchandising, operations, and accounting, or managing a specific floor or business within the store.
2. Perform all store management functions in the absence of the Head Coach.
3. Coordinate and supervise daily activities of business support staff.
4. Set team priorities to ensure task completion and coordinate work with other supervisors.
5. Apply management skills to improve efficiency and meet operational objectives.
6. Recruit and hire top talent to foster a diverse and energetic work environment.
7. Set priorities for employees to meet daily deadlines and develop plans for short-term objectives.
8. Support brand initiatives; connect daily work to the company's mission; participate in programs and initiatives.
9. Prepare reports on store activities.
10. Communicate with the Visual team and oversee physical site maintenance.

What We'd Love To See

1. Extensive retail experience, including at least 2 years in management.
2. Passion for sports and/or sports fashion.
3. Availability to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and some overnight shifts as required.
