RONA is seeking a Receiving and Handling associate to turn every incoming delivery into smooth, accurate product flow. You will receive deliveries, sort and unpack, operate forklift, and ensure inventory integrity on store shelves.

You’ll schedule deliveries, maintain space for incoming stock, complete paperwork accurately, and support a well-run store with strong attention to detail and a commitment to health and safety in the workplace.

Qualifications

• Receive all product deliveries and maintain flow of inventory to store shelves.
• Ability to operate store equipment including forklift and pallet jacks.
• Strong commitment to health and safety in the workplace.

• Schedule deliveries and shipments, authorize unscheduled deliveries, and ensure space is available for incoming product
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of inventory received
• Complete paperwork with attention to accuracy
• Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly

What we're looking for:

• Ability to operate store equipment in assigned work area (forklift, pallet jacks, electrical lifts, computer, scanner etc.)
• A commitment to health and safety in the workplace
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency with material handling equipment will be considered an asset
