Job summary

RONA in Brantford is seeking a Night Associate, Back End (Regular, Part Time) to join the Receiving and Handling team. You will turn every incoming delivery into a smooth and accurate product flow, ensuring inventory moves to shelves with attention to detail.

The role requires operating store equipment (forklift, pallet jacks, electrical lifts, computer, scanner) and upholding health and safety standards. This position provides opportunities for advancement and a comprehensive training program.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate store equipment (forklift, pallet jacks, electrical lifts, computer, scanner).
• Commitment to health and safety in the workplace.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with material handling equipment will be considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Receive all product deliveries and maintain flow of inventory to store shelves (sort and unpack product, operate forklift to transport product).
• Schedule deliveries and shipments, authorize unscheduled deliveries, and ensure space is available for incoming product.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of inventory received.
• Complete paperwork with attention to accuracy.
• Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly.
