Job summary

Southern Health-Santé Sud in Manitoba is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN) to provide patient-centered care across acute, transitional, personal care home, primary health care and home care settings.

The successful candidate will apply the nursing process, maintain competency with RHPA standards, and work with an interdisciplinary team. This in-person role requires flexibility for nights and weekends and travel within the region.

Qualifications

• Current active registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba/College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Requires a valid Class 5 driver's license and vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Apply the nursing process to support clients in achieving and maintaining health.
• Work across acute, transitional, personal care home and home care settings.
