Job summary

Southern Health-Santé Sud is seeking a Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse for a term, in-person position at Boyne Lodge Personal Care Home in Carman, Manitoba. The role is 0.25 FTE with 7.75 hours per day and shifts including days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities include applying the nursing process to support residents’ health within acute, transitional, and long-term care settings, while adhering to RHPA, ethical standards and the organization’s policies.

Qualifications

• SPHP & VPP training required for the area.
• Active registration with CRNM/CRPN and RHPA scope required.
• BLS certification required across applicable areas.

Responsibilities

• Apply nursing process to support residents in achieving and maintaining health.
• Provide care across acute, transitional, personal care home, primary care and home care settings.
• Maintain competency and adhere to professional standards and ethics.
