Job summary

Southern Health‑Santé Sud is seeking an RN/RPN to apply the nursing process across acute, transitional, PCH, primary health care, and home care settings. You will maintain competency per professional standards and work in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to support client health goals.

The role requires current licensure in Manitoba, BLS/ACLS/CTAS/TNCC where applicable, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Active registration with the relevant Manitoba nursing college.
• Current BLS, ACLS, CTAS, TNCC certifications as required.
• Class 5 driver’s license and ability to travel to regional facilities.

Responsibilities

• Apply the nursing process to support clients in various settings.
• Work to the full scope of practice and maintain competency per policy.
