Job summary

Qualifications

• Min 5 years of supervisory/management experience, preferably in a warehouse.

• Ability to operate material handling equipment safely and reliably.
• Good physical condition; ability to lift 55 pounds safely.
• Must work independently and in a team, under deadlines.
• Proficient with company WMS, Excel, Outlook and Word.

This role manages staff scheduling, performance, and training while promoting safety, compliance, and continuous improvement. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential to drive productivity and meet operational goals.

Qualifications and experience
