Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing direction and coordinating task completion per priorities from General Merchandise Coach and Store Management
• Assess overall presentation of store departments and execute merchandising display changes as needed
• Lead daily Team Huddle at shift start; share updates, set goals, track productivity
• Ensure high-ticket merchandise and doors/lockups are secured; perform daily audits
• Review schedules with People Lead and adjust as needed
• Tour areas with Coach to identify training opportunities and develop associates
• Maintain safe, clean, hazard-free environment; follow policy and complete safety sweep logs
• Complete GTA/Workday tasks and support Management
• Partner with Coach/People Lead to discuss performance and growth; support recruitment and hiring of new associates
