Job summary

Walmart Canada is seeking an Overnight Lead Department Manager for its Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts location. You will lead the overnight team, ensure shelves are stocked, displays are set, and the store is well-presented for customers each day.

Responsibilities include coordinating night stocking activities, supervising safety and security, managing inventory issues, and training night associates. Flexibility to work varied shifts is essential, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support overnight stocking operations
• Assist in directing and coordinating overnight stocking activities according to priorities set by the night manager and day leadership team
• Merchandising and store presentation: assess overall product display and appearance; identify gaps and implement merchandising changes and display adjustments to meet store standards
• Assist inventory management and claims: ensure defective or damaged merchandise is identified and moved to claims office per procedures
• Oversee store safety and security: take responsibility for safety in the absence of the night manager; manage incidents during night shifts per company guidelines
• Inspect store areas to ensure facilities are secure and compliant with safety standards
• Train and develop night associates to promote productivity and achieve stocking and operations goals
• Flexibility in scheduling: willing to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
