Job summary

You will run daily team huddles, support scheduling, training, and growth conversations, and partner with the People Lead on recruitment.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists in providing direction and task coordination from the General Merchandise Coach and Store Management Team.
• Assesses presentation of store departments and initiates merchandising changes when needed.
• Leads daily Team Huddle, communicates updates, and tracks productivity.
