Job summary

Commercial Cleaning Services is seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor for a warehouse facility in Brampton, Ontario. You will lead a team of janitorial staff to ensure quality service and client satisfaction while upholding CCS standards and schedules.

The position runs Friday to Sunday, 8:30 pm to 7:00 am with an hourly pay rate of 20.9 CAD. The ideal candidate has at least two years in facility services leadership, knowledge of cleaning practices, and strong organizational skills.

• Two years of leadership experience in facility services.
• Knowledge of cleaning processes and environmentally sustainable products.
• Strong planning, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure exceptional customer service by communicating with onsite representatives and addressing service quality issues promptly.
• Prepare shift schedules and assignments to meet contract requirements.
• Promote a safe work environment by enforcing safety policies and procedures.
• Assist in training new employees.
• Order supplies and manage preventative maintenance.
