Job summary

McKesson in Brampton, ON is seeking a Night Shift Supervisor to oversee operations from 10:00pm to 6:30am, Sunday through Thursday. You will supervise night staff, ensure accuracy and timely order fulfillment, and enforce health and safety policies in accordance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/ Operations Management, Supply chain management, or related field is an asset.
• Clear CPIC check is required.
• Personal Security Clearance – Consent and Certification is required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a leadership role is required.
• Experience in a distribution center/warehouse/manufacture environment is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Supervise night shift operations to meet productivity and safety targets.
• Enforce Occupational Health and Safety Act Regulations and company policies.
• Communicate night staff schedules and adjust assignments as needed.
• Plan and drive continuous improvement initiatives in the distribution center.
• Produce daily shift updates and address employee inquiries.
