Job summary

Chevron Traffic Management is hiring Night Shift Operatives to join a skilled team delivering traffic management solutions across sites in Berkshire. The role involves operating IPV vehicles where qualified and leading crew members to ensure safe, compliant work during night hours and on weekends when required.

Qualifications include LTMO 12b/12a Traffic Management Foreman and IPV certification, plus a full UK driving licence with some points and HGV where applicable.

Qualifications

• Adaptability and flexibility to shift work, including weekends when required.
• Meticulous attention to detail for safety and compliance.
• Ability to lead a crew and ensure safe, efficient delivery of traffic management tasks.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and remove traffic management equipment (cones, signs, barriers, lights).
• Drive and operate IPV vehicles where qualified.
• Lead or support a crew to deliver work safely and efficiently.
• Set up and manage lane closures, road closures, and diversion routes.
• Carry out site checks in line with Chapter 8 regulations.
