Compass Group Canada in Kingston is seeking experienced Supervisors with leadership and hospitality passion. You will support the Unit Manager and supervise staff to ensure high hospitality and food safety standards, guest focus, and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisor experience in food service.
• Guest-focused with commitment to exceptional guest experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Embrace Servant leadership to train and mentor team.
• Willing to relocate and work flexible hours including weekends.

Responsabilités

• Support Restaurant Manager in leading the team and cover multiple roles during peak times.
• Ensure restaurant policies, cash handling, meal/break policies, and safety standards are followed.
• Comply with Tim Hortons and Compass Canada standards.
• Complete shift documentation and uphold sanitation and safety.
• Lead by example with a Guests-are-first attitude to deliver exceptional service.
• Help control costs through portion control and waste reduction.
• Address operational and service issues with training and follow-ups.
• Evaluate team members and identify training needs.
• Ensure best practices and training are implemented consistently.
• Adhere to applicable food, health, safety, and employment laws.
