Job summary

McKesson Canada is seeking a Night Shift Supervisor to lead the overnight operations, ensuring efficient order preparation, accuracy, and adherence to safety policies. The role focuses on maintaining productivity, staff morale, and compliance with Occupational Health and Safety standards.

You will coordinate schedules, mentor staff, and drive continuous improvement within the distribution center. The position requires leadership experience in a distribution or warehouse environment, plus CPIC

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree asset; Business/ Operations Management, Supply chain management or related field.
• Clear CPIC (Canadian Police Information Center) check.
• Personal Security Clearance – Consent and Certification.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a leadership role.
• Experience in a distribution center/warehouse/manufacture environment is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer orders are prepared and shipped with high efficiency and accuracy within timelines.
• Communicate night staff work schedules and duty assignments; approve vacations and floaters.
• Enforce health and safety policies; train staff and ensure safe operating procedures.
• Plan and implement continuous improvement programs within the distribution center.
• Evaluate staff performance and provide development feedback.
• Produce daily shift update emails and manage inquiries from employees.
