We are looking for a seasoned night shift maintenance technician who will work on preventive maintenance while leading and directing other junior technicians.

Responsibilities include:

1. Resolve motor, pump, conveyor, and hydraulic problems.
2. Have an excellent mechanical background with troubleshooting skills for equipment and issues.
3. Inspect equipment and operating systems, making corrections as necessary.
4. Maintain high standards of mechanical operations, controls, and safety.
5. Provide technical support to lower-level technicians.
6. Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
7. Follow company safety guidelines and procedures.
8. Perform repairs and preventive maintenance according to standards.
9. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and rigging equipment.
10. Possess welding skills and ability to use a cutting torch.
11. Complete repairs and work orders promptly.
12. Troubleshoot pneumatics, hydraulics, and related systems.
13. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
14. Manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multi-tasking with high attention to detail.
15. Adhere to health and safety protocols.

Note: This position is on the Night Shift, Sunday to Thursday, 10 pm to 7 am. Initially, training will be on day shifts.

Requirements:

• Availability for overtime as needed.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work well with all levels.
• Ability to operate man lifts and forklifts.
• Good physical condition, able to lift 50 lbs.
• At least 8,000 hours of experience; certification preferred.
• Proven experience as an Industrial Mechanic or similar role.
• Ability to fabricate parts using various tools and equipment.
• Knowledge of welding techniques and boiler operations.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical issues.
