Job summary

Axalta Coating Systems Canada Company is seeking a Production Operator / Filling Line Operator at our Milton, ON facility. You will operate a semi-automated filling line to package paints, solvents, primers, and body filler products while following safety procedures and 5S standards.

The role requires English proficiency, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to work overtime with proper PPE. Prior forklift experience is valued; full training is provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform frequent bending, lifting, and turning.

Responsibilities

• Operate a semi-automated filling machine to fill and package paints, solvents, primers, and body filler products.
• Learn and perform filling line setup and teardown procedures.
• Clean tanks, pumps, and production equipment using approved solvents and cleaning processes.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE, including a respirator.
• Maintain work areas in accordance with 5S standards.
• Safely lift, move, and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Complete production-related tasks while meeting quality and productivity standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members and support operational needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
