Job summary

Bantrel Co. is seeking a Field Specialist for night shift to join our Infrastructure team, overseeing Exhibition Station construction and contributing to the Ontario Line project in Toronto. This full-time role emphasizes safety, quality, and on-site leadership.

You will guide field specialists, review Plans and Risk Assessments, and ensure adherence to rail access requirements while maintaining thorough site records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline, or equivalent field experience.
• 5–7 years of infrastructure or transit construction experience.
• Experience supervising field engineering on large infrastructure projects.
• Strong ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings and ensure safety.
• Experience in live rail corridor environments; rail safety practices a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee PCo works at Exhibition Station as DP representative on site.
• Lead field specialists in quality, safety, and construction matters.
• Coordinate reviews of Work Plans, Risk Assessments, and Deviation Requests.
• Ensure compliance with rail corridor access requirements.
• Maintain high-quality daily site records and ITP-focused submittals.
• Escalate progress, risks, and issues to the Project Manager.
