Qualifications

• Experience with dough mixing and formulation handling.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working nights.

Responsibilities

• Set up bulk computer system for ingredient delivery per formulation.
• Accurately scales ingredients and handles re-work as needed.
• Set Mixer for required mixing and refrigeration times.
• Assist with equipment setup and controls per SOPs.
• Record temperatures and batch data in SAP and batching sheet.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with safety standards.
