Job summary

Wonderbrands in Etobicoke, ON is seeking a Mixer Operator for the night shift (11pm–7am). You will scale ingredients, fill mixers, and help ensure recipes are followed with GMP compliance in a fast-paced bakery environment.

Experience in food manufacturing and baking is preferred; SAP knowledge is a plus. The role requires lifting 30–50 pounds and strong math skills, with a focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a mixer in a food manufacturing / production setting is preferred.
• You have strong people skills—you’re approachable, a good listener, and empathetic.
• You have previous baking experience, and ideally some knowledge of SAP.
• You are comfortable lifting 30-50 pounds to move our ingredient packages and cases.

• Solid mathematical skills to help bring our recipes to life in the bakery.

Responsibilities

• Fill mixers with pre-measured ingredients in correct sequence.
• Monitor and maintain the correct size, color and weight of various products as set out by recipe specifications.
• Troubleshoot dough, adding ingredients to ensure the quality expectations are being met and taking into account variables such as ingredients, temperature.
• Keep the area clean and put away utensils in the proper location after use. Adhere to all Food Safety and Health & Safety policies and procedures and have an understanding and respect for GMPs.

Pay Rate: $20.50/hr
