Job Description:

Job Summary:

Applies paint on every repaired vehicle. Provides consistent, even application, and timely delivery of paint repair production services, high in quality assurance.

Entry-level position typically requiring prior knowledge or experience.

Specific responsibilities include:

1. Complete assessment and job of the paint requirements for each vehicle
2. Follows standard operating procedures
3. Work is closely supervised
4. Communicates information that requires some explanation or interpretation

Skills/Qualifications/Physical Requirements:

1. Must have a valid driver’s license
2. Able to bend or stand at least 80% of the time; must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3' deep pit used to position self safely under cars
3. Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning
4. Capable of working any day of the week including Sundays and work in hot/cold weather conditions
5. Must be able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds
6. Basic computer skills: ability to use a keyboard and a mouse to correctly collect and enter information into a point of sale system
7. Exceptional customer service skills
8. Where applicable: ability to obtain a state-issued inspector’s license is preferred
9. Attention to detail
10. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members
11. Comfortable working in fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks to accomplish goals
12. Motivated self-starter who is willing to work independently and with teams
