The role includes answering phones, addressing inquiries, and coordinating with day staff on actionable items. The ideal candidate will perform hazards reporting, assist with minor repairs, and respond effectively to emergencies.

Qualifications

• Satisfactory reference check.
• Criminal records clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Detect and report hazards.
• Cleaning of common areas and parking lots.
• Minor maintenance and repairs (plumbing/electrical).
• Respond to phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
• Assist tenants promptly or inform them when the day-time staff will follow up.
• Respond to emergencies.
• Handle issues proactively and solve problems as they arise.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
