Job summary

Homestead Land Holdings Limited is seeking a Mobile Cleaner in Kitchener, ON to maintain cleanliness, safety, and appearance of spaces such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, laundry rooms, and amenity areas. You will handle garbage/recycling areas and support a welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

The role requires 40 hours per week with a compensation range of $38,500–$43,500 annually and may include shift premium.

Qualifications

• Previous professional cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 kg.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and safe work practices are essential.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of elevators, lounges, laundry rooms, and fitness rooms.
• Clean tenant units upon vacancy (bathrooms, kitchens, ovens and fridges).
• Perform winter snow removal.
• Other duties as required.

Overview

As a Mobile Cleaner at Homestead, you will help us to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our spaces. This includes regularly cleaning lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, laundry rooms, and amenity spaces. You will ensure garbage and recycling rooms are well maintained. Help maintain a clean, welcoming environment for residents and visitors while following established cleaning routines.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining the cleanliness of elevators, lounges, laundry rooms, Fitness rooms
• Tenant units upon vacancy (including bathrooms, kitchens (ovens & fridges)
• Winter snow removal
• Other duties as required
